GUEST POLICIES

Booking Appointments ~

Our services are booked by appointment only, so please call as far in advance as possible so we can accommodate you.  Generally, a few days to one week’s notice may be needed.

Arrival ~

If this is your first visit to the spa, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early.  This will allow plenty of time to fill out a Client Information and Health History, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Therapists ~

We have both male and female therapists on staff.  If you have a preference, please let the receptionist know at the time of booking.  Also, if you have enjoyed your experience with a certain therapist in the past, feel free to request them again.

Late arrivals ~

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened.  Our therapists as well as the rooms are often booked for another service after your appointment. 

Cancellations ~

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your appointment are subject to a charge of 50%.  For large groups, multiple services and appointments valued at over $100, a credit card deposit for half of the cost is required at booking. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.

What to Expect ~

Generally clients undress completely for massages and spa treatments.  Our therapists are trained in professional draping and will keep you covered at all times, exposing only the area of the body that is being worked on. 

Open Communication ~

Your comfort level is our top priority.  Therefore at any time, please feel free to let us know if we can adjust any part of your experience to accommodate you, including light, music, temperature, or the pressure of the massage.

Spa Attire ~

Robes and slippers are provided if you are here for a spa party or if you will be enjoying multiple services.

Gratuity ~

Gratuity is always appreciated but is not required.  Generally 15% to 20% is customary, depending on the quality of your experience.

Cell Phones ~

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you silence your cell phone, and avoid having loud conversations while in the spa.

Children ~

For the safety of your children, please do not bring them with you unless they have a scheduled appointment.
